Dates To Remember

• Every 1st week of September – start of new student application.
• Schedule of Entrance exam is given upon submission of requirements
• Every 1st week of May - enrolment for all reserved students (old and new)

Requirements

Age requirement for preschool applicants:

• Pre-Nursery (age 2.8 by June)
• Nursery (age 3.6 by June)
• Kindergarten 1 (age 4.6 by June)
• Kindergarten 2 (age 5.6 by June)

Fully accomplished application form upon payment of a testing fee
Four copies of recent passport-size picture
Clear photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
Clear photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR), for foreign applicants only
Clear photocopy of report cards or Form 138

• current & preceding school year (K1 to Grade 3)
• current & two preceding school years (Grade 4 to High 4)

Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous school, for elem & HS applicants only
