Procedure

APPLY
1
  • Click the link below to access the online application form
  • Complete the required fields with accurate information
PREPARE
2
  • Latest report card from previous/current school
  • 2pcs. 2x2 pictures
  • Passport and visa (for foreign students)
  • Completely Filled-up Recommendation Form from the current/previous school of the student
    • (For incoming Grade 1 to 12 only)
GUIDELINES

  • Arrive on the scheduled date and time for the Assessment Exam and Interview
  • Be at the exam venue 10 minutes before the exam
  • Pay the Assessment Exam fee on the exam day at the Cashier's Office
ASSESSMENT

  • The Assessment Exam is administered by the Guidance Office on the scheduled date and time
  • The interview with the child and parent(s) is conducted on the same day, if needed
  • At least one parent must accompany the child for the interview
  • The interview is conducted by the Academic Head or Grade Level Coordinator
PAYMENT

  • Once approved, parents can pay the reservation fee at the Cashier's Office
  • Ensure the payment is made within the specified timeframe to secure the reservation
  • Keep the receipt as proof of payment for future reference

  • - Fully filled out Application Form with two (2) copies of recent 2”x2” picture

    - Clear photocopy of NSO (now PSA) Birth Certificate

    - Clear photocopy of English and Chinese report cards (Form 138) for students transferring from another school. Original copies should be presented for verification (a)For Kinder – current school year only (b)For Grade 1 to High School – current and previous school year

    - Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous school

    - Fully filled out MHCS Recommendation Form (for elementary and high school applicants)

    - Admission processing fee to be paid in cash

  • - Fully filled out Application Form with two (2) copies of recent 2”x2” picture

    - Birth Certificate issued by their country of origin

    - Authenticated copy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) and/or photocopy of passport information and current visa/Special Resident Retirees Visa (SRRV). Original copies should be presented for verification
    Note: Student credentials that are not in the English Language must be translated to English.

    - Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous school

    - Admission processing fee to be paid in cash

    - Full payment of tuition and other fees for the entire school year upon enrollment
